When I use the built-in speakers or external speakers on my m570ru, the output sound level is relatively low. I have to put the volume (Master volume + Wave volume) all the way up if I want it to sound good (even with external speakers). When using the same speakers on my desktop, I get a higher output level even far below half way.

However, when I plug in my headphones, I get a very good output level even when the master volume and wave are both below 1/4 and I wouldnt ever think about putting it all the way up.

I need to know if this is normal or not before sending it back for repair.

    Thank you.

ps: I tried selecting Headphones when plugging my speakers in, the sound level did not change.

Yeah, it seems the amplifier on the 5791 (570ru) is weak. The speakers on the ones I have have decent sonic quality but very low output levels. Output to external speakers seemed ok though.
