nice pics Mega!

Good pics! Glad to see it all, in and out! Are you just loving that rig or what?
-
does your laptop make alot of noise? those fans..
-
I have the exact same notebook from the same reseller and it is quite noisy, but the temps of pretty much everything stay below 50C. (CPU right now is 34C, HD is 50C, GPU is 37C). It keeps it CHILLED!
-
Maybe a stupid question, but where is your dead pixel located? If you divide your screen in 8, is it somewhere near the bottom right corner of the top left square?
Just out of curiosity, because I've already had 2 M570RU notebooks and both had a dead pixel in that exact same spot and I'm wondering if this is a problem affecting more or a lot of M570RU screens. -
MegaBUD activate the micro feature on the camera while doing up-close photos.

Thanks for nice pics!
It looks like the battery was still in place while you opened your system. I am an old poop of coursebut I alway cut off all power and battery when I inspect my system.
Where's the dead pixel? -
I also see that your VBIOS is of a later date than mine (I also have the 8800M GTX). Does anyone know why this is? My VBIOS is from november... your's is from december
-
For the power... it was brand new and when i tried to open it directly without the ac adaptor it didnt start... so i let the battery inside... but yeah at work i remove everything... for the dead pixel its located middle left... even now i still see it... its a pain... i hate it... but when i play game i dont see it...
for the vbios i have no idea why mine is newer... anyway... maybe this weekend ill do some benchmark... or start doing a review... but monday i send it back to eurocom to change the lcd... i just cant belive nobody took the time to boot the machine and see this black dot in the middle of the screen...
except that the machine is perfect... the screen is great! the keyboard is good too... the fan make so much noise in game... but in windows with the ac adapator removed (cpu is at lowerclock and the videocard too) make no noise...
Is someone know how to manualy chose the speed of the fan... tell me because i just want to lower it...
Also the battery dont last long... at least mine... started at 98% and im at 90% just for typing this... but yeah my screen is at max brightness... the cpu is at 2.4 ... i didnt lower it hehehe
XP see 3gig of ram... not bad, but could be better... in 15days ill install wista53 and macOS ... yes yes macos... ill try with a mac tech at work...
OH GOD SHUTUP! ahhhhhh i... cant...ear... fan are back to max... its like having a geforce 5x00 series under your hand lol... oh its off again... great! completly silent now..
Ill take more picture tonight maybe, i love this machine... and it look very professional...

This may or may not help you, but...... When my office upgraded it's computers, most people got LCD displays. A few of them had stuck/dead pixels. I actually got most of them fixed with the following:
http://www.jscreenfix.com/basic.php
Click on "Launch JScreen fix", then set it to fullscreen (F11 I think). It cycles every single pixel through all the primary colors (at a ridiculous rate of speed) until you exit. It might be worth a shot. -
ill try it but im sure its a dead one...
thx for the trick -
If 30 days have not passed, you could always return it and get another one...
-
thats what im doing monday... purolator is comming at my work to pick the box... and eurocom already gave me the rma number... 3day to go... 2 day to fix... 3day to come back... another 2week wasted
-
nice pictures
-
-
at least they aren't professionally lighted 'n stuff.
-
The stuff in bold in my sig is what is getting upgraded. -
oh nice... yeah i cant wait to see some benchmark with this penryn proco
-
hey megabud, if you could for me,,,please
, check the temp of your hdd at normal and then at intense application. I think mine is getting a wee bit too hot on my lap (up to 57c).
you can use cpu mon or notebook hardware contol to test. thanks.
