I just got off the phone with eurocom and they said that if I want to upgraded the processor of this laptop it will void my warranty. Is there a way around this without picking the best processor from the drop-down which I find very overpriced.

Well, I don't know about Clevo but generally the only replaceable parts that won't void your warranty are RAM and the HDD.

At least NEXOC (DE) allow me to change CPU without void warranty.....Clevo only sells Barebones, so CPU RAM HDD should be all changeable....I think....

if the User's Manual shows you how to upgrade a component, then it should not void the warranty.

CPU, RAM, HDD... even Videocard module upgrades should not void the warranty.
.... as long as you do not break anything.
