Were there any released pictures of the M860Tu other than the ones released at that convention? Seems like PCMW finally updated their pic and is showing the actual laptop. Looks pretty stylish.

um.. i dont see anything new... where exactly are you looking?
-
When you click the laptop for config, its the picture of the laptop with an astronaut instead of the previous laptop with the girl. Although this is my first time looking at it in weeks so i may be talking about old new.s
-
You can find a couple of pictures here: http://www.mycizmo.com/gallery.php?pid=189
although I don't know how much of a difference there will be between the Cizmo and the Sager version. -
If you cant see these photos that i posted, go look at the CX15 (m86otu) galler on www.mycizmo.com -
MICHAELSD01 Apple/Alienware Master
Engadget has a lot of pictures that they took first-hand:

those are the ones minkang is talking about.
-
I have some more pics, but NDA prevents me from showing you confidential stuff.
Although I did slip one into the Clevo Guide... thats why you wont find that shot anywhere else on the net. -
Why do you have those pics Gophn?
-
can't really say....

lol. jerk.
-
I promised to a source that I wouldn't.... thats all.
-
:O have you actually seen one in person?
-
nope not in person... yet.
I am waiting to see the first physical units when I get the chance. -

i know. im kidding. atleast you could post that one picture. they all help. either way i think i'm going to go for the m570tu instead
-
Sometimes when a person is "in the know" they can't afford to disclose too much, otherwise they won't be let in on secrets again.
Thanks for pointing out the M860TU pics in the Clevo guide. I missed those before. Although the M860TU is a bit too small for my tastes, it sure is a cool looking machine. -
It is very nice. I wish the M570TU could have an option to look like this. It's much sleeker and less "gamy". Don't get me wrong, the current version (M570TU) looks nice and all but for a guy like me who'll use it primarily for work and some gaming this overall look and feel would be ideal.
To bad I really want that 17 inch screen and that number pad. Darn numbers! -
Gophn do you have detailed spec of it? Just yes or no.
-
EC also had good m860tu pics.
-
wow that thing looks really nice.. actually i would take that over the alienware m15x i think almost any day.. it is a sweet looking system
-
I thought it might look like the 2092.
-
-
Linky for the Lazy
Those specs are accurate if you are wondering.
Also the specs are in the User Manual that I included as well.
-
But that link is false, it says that the 98xx gtx is supported, right?
-
that is the original spec list, which is all true... except the 9800M GTX (which was discovered to work, but exceeded the thermal budget)
-
who here thinks that the m860tu (according to the cizmo pics) looks sexier than the m15X?
-
auburncoast Notebook Deity NBR Reviewer
its a tough one. i think they are both on par but just depends on what you prefer better. this m860tu looks stronger though.
-
-
does any1 know if the m860tu will support quad core, cause i swear i remember that clevo said that it will not, yet eurocom and pcmw are offering it
-
please read the 1000 post sticky and the top of the sub forum
-
Quite honestly it looks dull
-
This m860tu reminds me of a racing car for some reason. Is it because of the picture, nah, even without that, somehow it does. -
why tell us you have confidential photos and not show us? thats mean!
-
If it has backlit keyboard, this thing will be sexier than ***
-
i do not believe it does or that it will. it appears from the pics they are using the same keyboard they have been using from chicony
-
That backlit keyboard is very interesting and useful (not very useful, but useful) from my point of view. Kinda nice to entertain yourself by looking at some lights...from my point of view (again).
But (and it all breaks down to this) the flashing lights also come with lots of problems, as some know, which will surely help the "serious" (sort of) 15" in this competition.
Get it?
All I'd like to see is a very decent selling price and that's it. -
the cizmo version is freaking sweet, starting price is what 2k?
-
in dollars, that would be about right. stuff bought in europe is ALWAYS more expensive. its not just mycizmo. look at anyone like rock or alienware and compare them to american builds. same laptop, higher price.
sellers over here like to make some profit (i think they should and support the higher prices as i woould love to sell computers....... but since its cheaper elsewhere in us, i may get there, who knows)
yes i did just contradict myself there -
Hi Gophn, what I find a bit amusing is that your guide and you haev NDA info, says that the M860TU supports the extreme cpu's...
-
doesnt it? the quad core is not the only extreme cpu. there are dual core ones too.
-
ive found some pics on the m tech website
