Im having problems with my shortcut to adjust the brightness on my LCD screen and its stuck on the lowest setting. I had no problem adjusting it while in bios (surprisingly), but as soon as the Win7 OS boots up, the hotkey just doesnt work. Any ideas what's going on?

Have you installed the hotkey drivers that come on the original CD?

Yep, it doesn't have the proper graphics indicators when installed on OS such as vista or xp, but the hotkeys all function when it comes to adjusting the volume, wifi, putting it in sleep mode, etc. However, the brightness level is pretty much kaput (except when in bios mode or any other mode that isnt the OS/Win7). When adjusting the power settings and brightness levels...putting it on the lowest or highest doesnt seem to have any effect at all.
