    Hi,

Ok I've had my M860TU a couple of days and loving it, however I'm still struggling with some of the drivers... specifically audio related.

I have installed the Realtek drivers, they went on fine and I now have sound... however while they were installing device manager kept asking for drivers for
"Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" - What the hell is that? Is it some kind of intel driver that I'm missing out on, or could it be the bluetooth driver (which I can't find anywhere btw)

I also have some devices listed as base system device... no idea what they are either... here is a pic to show you what I mean..

    Hope someone can help?

Was your laptop without any OS when you received it? Did you install the drivers in order, from the CD? Seems to me you forgot some drivers. I would go through to whole process again, without omitting the optional drivers.

Hi, Yeah my lpatop came without a drivers cd... so I've downloaded the drivers from either clevo's site or the sager site.

I guess I really need a copy of the original cd that comes with the laptop :(

The manual states that you have to install the drivers in order. You should contact your reseller for a CD or try reinstalling everything in order:

or someone can rip the CD they have and upload it to Megaupload or Rapidshare :)

It would really be good if the either the ISO/image is small so one can upload it faster... I know my upload speed blows.

I'm at school now so I don't have the CD with me. If someone else wants to upload it before...if not, I'll do it this week-end :)

Also, I would recommand you do a clean install again from a blank HDD. After that, don't forget to update the drivers (Intel Matrix, Realtek, NVIDIA, WiFi 5300, etc.)

Ok I found that the unrecognized audio device was Nvidia HDMI audio, seems that when I installed the drivers from the Nvidias website it didn't install that part?! - What the hell is HDMI Audio, the M860TU doesnt even have a HDMI port.

The audio goes through the HDMI port --> Digital Output
