    Does the fan guard of the back cover of my M860TU prevent dust from coming inside the laptop?

    it prevents most but not all. always best to remove base plate and clean out with compressed air.

    Always? I just cleaned it a few hours ago and I'm seeing some dust again in the fan guard itself.

    can use a little wet cloth to wipe it....no problems at all
