Has anyone succesfully modded the mobo in order to increase RAM voltage from 1.5v to say 1.6/1.7v?

Ive been able to clock my P8400 and run a number of benchmarks at 2.6Ghz using setFSB and RMCLOCK whilst only occupying the top RAM slot. Im using PLL 1CS928BF-102 and maxing the mulitiplier to 8x. However, the lappy is not completely stable and will reboot on times.

Im unable to use Thaiphoon Burner to edit the SPD on the RAM as it is write protected, and even if I could, relaxing the timings to allow the RAM to run at 1333Mhz will likely lead to no boot.

Im thinking if I could increase the RAM voltage with a hardwire mod then I may be able to run my RAM at 1333.
