I just did a clean re-install of Windows 7 Ultimate a while ago twice to make sure I didn't do anything wrong. I then installed all the drivers and they all worked fine, except for the Hotkey, which keeps shutting down as soon as the system starts.

I've tried it off of the Driver CD, which I had to run the setup files for the drivers manually, since it wouldn't do so through the autorun program. I also tried getting it off of the Pro-Star, Clevo and Sager websites with no luck.

Is there any way I can get it working again so I can use the Touch Keys, and turn off the LED lights when I want?

    Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention, I didn't install the Fingerprint Reader's driver if that matters at all.

    *Edit*
I don't know how, but it just started working.

Check the site where you bought it from, they may have some updated drivers.

That's the thing though, the first time I did it I installed the Video, Audio then Chipset drivers before anything else. It still didn't work with all the drivers already installed. It was when I tried it from the Driver Disc that Pro-Star gave. Then I tried Clevo's site, and even Sager's site and still didn't work.

Then after the second reformat, I went straight to Pro-Star's Driver Page installed the Hotkey driver straight away, and it didn't work. Decided to leave it in until I finished installing everything else. I think it was after installing the touchpad driver and restarting it that it started working, or a combination of the touchpad and the audio driver. I don't know. But this second time around I got the Hotkey, Video, Audio and Chipset drivers from Pro-star's site, everything else I still installed from the CD. I still didn't install the fingerprint reader either.

What is the CIR driver for by the way?
