So after a few resarch i found out my g-sync turned off because of MSHybrid. But i cant understand why, why MSHybrid and g-sync work together? When i need g-sync dedicated graphics runs. Why i have to keep pc hot and finish my battery much more quickly while just i am surfing on the internet?

Because Optimus/MSHybrid mode routes all discrete GPU data through the Intel graphics chip to the display. G-Sync requires a direct pipeline from the GPU to the screen. It would be nice if there were an easy software solution to change back and forth between MSHybrid and discrete. Clevo Control Center is supposed to do this, but it is extremely unreliable.

If you have the physical space available, and your notebook has a DisplayPort output (mini, full-size, or otherwise), I'd suggest getting an external G-Sync monitor. All the video outputs are connected directly to the NVIDIA card so G-Sync will work there, even with the system running in MSHybrid mode. Then you can disconnect your computer from the external display and take it with you when you need portability.

Thank you for the answer. At this point g-sync does not look very efficient on portable devices.

It is reliable on my P775DM3-G since i can use it since my laptop doesn't have the intel ;)

But for P600 series you need to use a external display pretty much

Our current models with mobile CPUs and G-sync support can hardware switch at boot between optimus and dedicated/G-sync mode to try and offer both even with the hardware limitations.
