I am interested in buying the Clevo P150SM and am looking at either the MYTHLOGIC Pollux 1613 or Pollux 1613- Black edition. What is the difference between the two laptops? I am interested in the 780M processor. I notice the Black edition is slightly lighter, but the dimensions are roughly the same.

Personally I want a 15.6 inch or 17inch gaming notebook which supports the 780M processor which is as light as possible. I am considering other notebooks such as the Asus G750 or MSI GT60, but both of them I know weight a good 1-2 pounds heavier.
Also how is the touchpad, speakers, keyboard and display on both of these models? I have heard that on some of the Clevo models the touchpad is not very responsive, keyboard is medicore and that the speakers are quite poor. They are both somewhat big dealbreakers.
Overall, I am interested in how reliable this brand of machines are relative to the other brands i am considering, such as Asus and MSI.
Also what is the return policy on Mythlogic computers? I see on their site they offer a full refund policy within 30 days of purchase, but it also states there's a minimum 10% restocking fee. So does this mean if i return within 30 days say because there was a better model which came out, i would be subject to the 10% fee? Thanks.
Also, does Mythloigc charge sales tax when shipping to NJ or NY?

Hey,
Yea the difference is the 1613 is based on the P157SM so it has all the lights and also an extra 7mm drive bay, while the BLACK is based on the P150SM so it doesn't have the lights or the extra 7mm drive bay. Besides that they are basically the same machines. (Except as you know the black is a little lighter). The touchpad are all going to be standard multi-touch pads, nothing special or noteworthy. The keyboard we offer both the non-chiclet and chiclet keyboard, some people like the chiclet better (I personally like it due to it being a bit more stiff). Displays are all great, especially if you get the 95% upgrade. Speakers, they aren't the best thing ever, but they are decent.
Reliability, we think they have on-par reliability compared to the rest of the industry, but I can let others who've owned them a while chime in on that.
Return policy is 30 days on our machines, and it may be subject to a restocking fee (due to all the custom work and labor that goes into each one), but thats decided on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances, and the condition of the returned laptop etc.
Finally if you aren't in MI we don't charge tax =)
thanks!
