If you didn't get that information from Justin, just let him know and he will email it over. The wire payment instructions that he sends contains everything they will need.

What exactly do I need to do a wire transfer? I made an order for the sager np5790 at Xotic PC yesterday and they sent an email telling me that my order will be put on hold because they don't take international credit card and ask me to use bank wire. I replied and ask them for information on how to use it like 10 hours ago and I still have NOT receive any replies from Xotic PC... :( I even PMed Justin and send him an email but still no replies yet... I'm losing my patience now......

I live in Australia so I may wait for a few more hours before actually calling them (which will cost me some money). But can you tell me more about bank wire? Does that mean I really need the information from Xotic PC before I can use bank wire to pay them? That means I can't just go to the bank with my order details printed out and ask them to transfer money to Xotic PC?

xotic gave me a routing number, account number, name and address of their bank, and their address. And I needed 2 forms of I.D. and it cost me like $30, that i wasnt expecting to pay

Could I ask when you emailed them? Because anything within 2 days is great I think. Could it be possible that you emailed after hours so that although technically it was 2 days it was only 1 day to them? That's kinda what happened with my order, ordered it at night so it wasn't processed until the next day.

I emailed them at 1am Australian time which should be day time in America... and I got their email at 12pm Australian time so that means I've been waiting for 11 hours for the email to come. I was expecting the email to come earlier because it IS day time in America... But all is good now... ;)

EDIT: 1am at night in Australia should be 11:30am morning at Lincoln USA... Was wondering why the email wasn't sent to me at their office hours... Instead I got the email at 12pm Australian time which is 10:30pm at Lincoln USA at night...
