Been trying to get in touch with Malibal representatives, but no one has been replying. I know it is busy time, but I just lost out on some deals just waiting on a reply. You guys had free thermal and color calibration upgrades just yesterday (Monday) and now its gone. That is a real bargain for me.
Is it possible to still give me those upgrades since I did inquire about a purchase I fully intend to make? I send the message to Malibal through NBR.
I know that there are other resellers as well, but I am in Canada and it seems like Malibal warranty for Canada is really good and well priced.
Please assist, been waiting for this day since early December. With delays I am sure I will get my notebook next month so want to get it in queue asap.
May 15th is the day I need this laptop fully functional. Thanks.

Email is your best bet, I haven't seen Malibal reps recently around here.
Specific reseller discounts should be dealt directly with the reseller themselves, try their live chat options / phone / email route outside of NBR if they don't respond to PM's.
