I went to check out the configuration page for the Lotus P150HM and noticed several specials were up as of today.

From the sound of it, it doesn't look like you can use the discount on the 6970 to take off half of the cost to jump to the 6990.

Yeah. I have been eyeing the deal. Shame that the 6970 deal does not apply to the 6990. I would have jumped on it if I could apply the 75 off to the 6990.

Lots of goodies! I think you need an OS for screen calibration though..

If I've heard correctly, you don't need to order an os to get the screen calibration. They do the calibration, then remove the os before it is sent to you.

As far as how the specials work, do you just check what you want from the checkboxes, and then choose the items on the radio buttons?

That sometimes gave errors for me on Chrome, what i did was set it exactly how i want then opened a fresh new configure in a new tab, configured options Below the upgrades, THEN went to top and clicked the discounts :)

    worked like a charm.

I don't think that's possible, the calibration profile needs to be saved somewhere...

I asked them about the ICC profile before and I get the impression they also give it to you separately or have it on hand to give to you should you need/lose it. Then you'd just reinstall it yourself.
