Can someone explain this to me (I'm only 17 and know nothing about financing) and tell me if this is reputable? I was looking on the Clevo guide to see the cheapest price for laptops, and i stumbled across this. Has anyone ever used this before or know what this is?

I would get a credit card, or use your parents credit card (+ arrange a deal with them) for more protection and the ability to use a mainstream financing option (albeit with higher interest, I guess). Ideally, get your parents to co-sponsor you for a minor's credit card.
I'm not sure what you're ask; are you asking what financing is? Small payments spread out over time, with usually a small % charge (sometimes up to the same as credit cards). A small time bank loan, with a company acting as a lender, and not a bank (which is insured, for example). Applying for financing involves a credit check, and the usually the same process (sometimes a bit shorter) as applying for a bank loan or a credit card.
That said, Malibal looks like a reliable PC company, although they have a very low feedback number (10, although all 10 are 10's): http://www.resellerratings.com/store/MALIBAL -
my dad has used financing with Dell and Best Buy and Circuit City. He has like a perfect credit score so i don't think applying would be an issue. I just want to know if the company they use is reputable and if a credit card is involved. With Dell, Best Buy and Circuit City, they all made my dad get their own credit card Mastercard or Visa. Would This company Malibal is using make my dad use a special credit card so he gets the protection or whatever? I don't know if what I'm saying makes any sense or is accurate. I would show this to my dad, which would make him more comfortable in purchasing an expensive item if he can pay over time. My dad can pay off a $3,000 item in 6 months or less, he just doesn't like paying a humongous price for an item in one month.
