Has anyone has any issues with Malibal recently? I ordered my first Veda P180HM and the whole process went without a hitch. However, I just placed a second order on the 2nd of February and haven't heard a thing. Has anyone ordered anything from then recently with the same issues? I'm just a bit frustrated that I played for a $2500 laptop almost 12 days ago and don't have anything to show for it.

How did you pay? They require verification for some payment methods. If you used one of these methods and you did not confirm it, they may have canceled your order.

I'm currently waiting for word that my laptop will be shipped back to me. When originally delivered, it had a dead pixel (I opted to buy the stuck/dead pixel warranty). It's been in their hands about a week now which although is an agonizing wait for me, doesn't seem unreasonable. :)

edit: You should try logging onto their website to see what your order status is.

I have in fact, on the 13th or 14th I did a live chat and spoke to one of their reps who told me that there was trouble with the shipment but it should be arriving on Wednsday(15th) and that I would have a tracking number by Friday(17th) I have not heard anything.

Issues like this should be dealt directly with the reseller.

Please try to contact them via their own live chat, phone, or support.
