I received my Lotus a week ago, and i should say that I am impressed with performance of it! Overall it was a great purchase
But It seems that the battery LED (next to power LED on front) doesn't work. It just turns on for a second when I turn on the notebook and then turns off. working On battery or on AC no difference!

and another issue: one of the USB's should be powered when notebook is off and on AC, but none is powered. I tried charging my iphone on them but none of them works

    Does anyone have these issues?
    thanks

Sounds like you need to contact your reseller. Most are pretty good in taking care of issues like this.

The powered USB option should be in the BIOS as a feature I believe. Have you checked your BIOS for the option?

The powered USB port is the USB 2.0 port on the left of the machine (the one closest to the front that isn't blue in color). Here's an excerpt from the user manual (page 1-14):

As for the LED, please feel free to contact us directly :)

yes, I tried that one, but nothing happens when I try to charge my iphone.
LED is not a big deal.

Just tested this on mine and it works. If it was me I'd send it in for service ;)

Ah, that might be the reason. I believe the charging over USB on those phones uses non-standard pin configurations from the port. Can you try another USB device to see if it's charging? Devices that use nonstandard charging configurations are listed in the manual as potentially being unsupported while the machine is in sleep mode or powered down.

If that still doesn't sort it out, we'll be happy to take a look at it.
