I purchased 4 4gb modules from Newegg.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Laptop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-4GBSQ
As standard procedure... I pulled all the memory out of my laptop... stuck one stick of the new memory and ran memtest86+ against it. I let it run 3 passes. I then repeated with the rest of the new memory.
All 4 sticks came out error free.
I then installed all 4 sticks of ram and re-ran memtest86+. Each pass gave me 6-7 errors.
I pulled the 2 sticks from under the laptop.. and reran the test with 2 sticks under the keyboard installed. After 3 passes it came out clean.
I then inserted one stick back into one of the bottom laptop slots and reran the test... it came out clean after 3 passes.
I then moved the stick from the bottom slot and inserted it into the other bottom slot and it came out clean after 3 passes.
So I placed all 4 back in... and retested... again got 6-7 errors per pass.
To my logic... I tested all 4 sticks of ram and each individual port.
Any ideas on what could be causing my errors?

Hmm.... no help.
I put the original 2gb sticks back into the bottom slots and ran Memtest86+ for 3 passes and it completed with no errors.
Any ideas? -
I read many times about it as a feedback on newegg. Why? Maybe CPU memory controller can't handle it correct
