    Hi there,
I am having an issue, whereby one of the hinges is catching on the chassis when I open the laptop screen. This prevents me from being able to fully open the laptop because it catches on the chassis.

It looks like the plastic case around the hinge has just popped open and needs to be 'snapped' back into place. But I don't know how to do this - I have tried 'squeezing it' but I think I may need to open the entire screen casing and do it properly - or maybe even use super glue.

Does anyone know of instructions to how to open the top / lid part of the case?

    Thanks in advance

Either there are rubber gromits hiding screws or they are just clip on, you can use a plastic tool between the screen and edge of the bezel to unclip it.
