This is less of an actual complaint on there computers but more with there products. I have been looking for a laptop for about 2 months and when i first started looking i came upon pcmicroworks website. At first it looked like a good deal to buy the edge which I found was a clevo. Then I looked more in to it and found that they charge for everything from specs to warranty with no real good deals. I was looking about 1 and a half months ago and they had a 15.4" glossy 1900 x 1200 screen up for $100 then they took it off. I emailed then and a week later they emailed me back and stated that they had put the 1900 x 1200 back up for $250 and if i emailed them with my purchase they would take $250 off. So i waited a week or two and discovered that the $100 to $250 1900 x 1200 screen had now went up to $350. I have been looking at other sites and all there glossy 1900 x 1200 are cheaper then the matter version but no at pcMW its now $100 to go form matter to glossy. I have also emailed them numerous questionns and every other email they say they will give me a discount but each time its a different amount i have seen $100 discount $250, $300. then when I emailed them about the discount they ssaid the biggest discount they would give me was $100. This is just way to confusing.....

So you decided to pre-order a notebook before the specs were even finalized. Now your mad they changed the price? [Insert FAIL picture here...]

there [sic] products are computers, so your first line doesn't really make sense. And while I do understand that their price changes may confuse you and maybe even scare, you but you should understand that this DOES happen in the world of business where everything fluctuates.

Lol, and I thought this actually had something scary about PCMW that I might have to cancel my order, please don't scare people like that.

Well, this was almost the same as the only dissatisfied complaint with PCMW in resellerratings. But hey, the internet is a free market, so if you are dissatisfied, nothing stops you from going to another reseller.
