I know this question is kind of dumb, but if I choose to order the P150Hm without an OS, I still receive a drivers disc right?

lol okay thanks. I wasn't sure if I would have to hunt for drivers online if I chose not to go with an OS.

Yep I was worried about this too I didn't want to pay for W7 :) but it came with one and it is by the far the most simple driver disc I have ever recieved. Took about 2 minutes to install all of the drivers.

Also, a really handy suggestion some of our forum members have made:

Download all the latest drivers from your reseller's/manufacturer's website, and then stick them on a thumb drive. Maybe even a bootable one with a copy of Win 7 on it. That way if you ever lose your drivers disc you'll have it on a USB thumb drive.

Another useful advice - extract all your drivers to different folders. Then use DEVICE MANAGER to install the drivers. Wherever there is an unknown component in DEVICE MANAGER, just point to the directory with the drivers and install them that way. This avoids bloatware and you dont need restarts as much. And you can let go of some chipset drivers, like RAS and other stuff that you dont need and windows has already installed.

I just posted this elsewhere, but the drivers that come on the disk tend to be a bit dated. This thread should have links to the latest and greatest drivers:

The suggestion of adding them to your Windows 7 bootable USB is the best. I'd suggest doing that and adding a text file with your wireless key as well (if it's not a memorable one). You'll be up and running pretty quickly that way. :)
