    I was wondering...is this a laptop I can take to class? Is it heavy and how's the battery life? I'll be undervolting a little bit to reduce heat + noise, but I was wondering anyway.

    hmm i wouldn't take it to class, could be noisy at times... but that depends on how quiet the class is, you may not hear it in a classroom but you can hear it in the library.

    arenji - Which drivers did you get with your lappy??
    I see you have a nVidia driver disk, which I didnt get delivered with mine. I just got a "complete" driver package cd with all the drivers for the laptop.

    i didnt install the video drivers from the disc though, i believe it was one of the 169.xx drivers iirc.

    @lolpie - i haven't really played much with the laptop, but gaming wise it probably wouldn't last long and it would drain it, but general office work should give you the extra lifespan.

    at most battery with moderate use will last about 60 min.. with minimal use and office work or brwosing the net i get just about or over 2 hours.. heavy gaming forget about it..

    Good job, nice to see pictures of this (really beatiful) laptop in a real environnement. Now I clearly understand that 17" is too large for waht I want to do. Thanks a lot !
