Now I know the title is a little odd, but I had trouble wording my issue in a short sentance, so stay with me.

My 9260 is starting to show wear and tear, as in, small things are starting to go wrong. The screen wobbles, the fans don't work very well (dust I know, but I can't get all the dust out with just compressed air), some one the screw covers on the screen have fallen off, the rubber stands on the bottom are wearing down, light is starting to bleed through the sides of the LCD. stuff like that, just signs of the amount of use it gets (every day, for at least 6 hours) and how much I carry it around (To work, to school, to the cafe, etc., and home again).

Now, these things have no affect on the hardware itself, besides the fans but it bothers me, so, I am wondering if I could get a "tune-up" from my reseller (Power Notebooks), and has anyone else had experience sending it back for just a quick fix up?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the wall of text.

Jon, I'd forward this to paladin44 or eleison. There should be normal wear and tear but light bleeding from the screen is a bit worrysome. The rubber feet on the bottom should be replaceable also, as the screws.

when the blacks aren't black they look washed out.

on a black screen it's like kinda whitish greyish black. that's light leakage.

what bag do you use to carry that notebook around... yes, it matters.

FYI: The basic bag that is given to you will not due at all for long-term usage.

But definitely contact PowerNotebooks to see what they can do for you.

Thanks, about the light bleeding, it's only when the screen is mostly black and I can see a little bit of light coming from the bottom of the LCD, This might actually be normal.
