    Hey,
I just recently got my np8660 (woot) but I ran Everest Ultimate Edition and it says my graphics card is underclocked :( I try to run crysis on medium settings and its lagging. Now a computer like this shouldnt have trouble running crysis, especially on medium settings !! Any suggestions on what to try?!?

Put it on High Performance in Vista Power Management

Make sure Silent mode isn't on. I tried it the other whilst gaming and looks like it downclocks EVERYTHING.

Make sure the laptop is properly plugged in, you can tell this by seeing the second light on green.

Upgrade your video drivers to 177.92 (.98 is buggy) at laptopvideo2go.com

Honestly, your laptop should be tearing through those games at those settings. Try these things out, ya hear?

Its a crime when a m860tu is underperforming, and if it isn't, it should be!

    Hey,
Thanks for all the replies. I am currently using XP and it is plugged in. I'm gonna try to use 177.92 drivers and hope that fixes the problems. Thanks for all the replies

No way! Mine is going to be underperforming 95% of the time, as I throttle it back to save power, battery, heat ;)
