I had some serious problems with my laptop, but it's getting resolved. Malibal was very professional and quick to respond. Matthew assisted me throughout my entire purchasing process. Even after the purchase they even gave me the free black friday ram upgrade. They even tried to give me the color calibration (I didn't ask for it because I didn't have an OS, to which they replied that they couldn't, but I was still impressed that they would have if they could!)![]()
I'm not sure every retailer would do the same. Glad I picked this company.

I cannot tell if you are being defensive or not, but from what I can gather from the post, Matthew went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue w/ the bank. You should be proud to have someone like that on your team. Kudos! -

Allow me to clarify, rather than dusting me off, Matthew HAD INDEFINITELY went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with my bank, who was extremely rude and ignorant to both Malibal and myself. Malibal was not only very professional throughout the entire process but they were also very quick to get things done.
They also are helping me as we speak. Despite the problems with the laptop, which could happen to anyone btw, I have had an excellent experience. This thread was more so about the excellent support I've been given despite the horrible luck I've been having these last few weeks.
I intend to do a real review of this product when I get the chance. There weren't too many online in my opinion.
