Well finally received this bad boy...WOW.

    Specs:
MYTHLOGIC Nyx 1711 Chassis (Clevo P170HM)
    AUO B173HW01 V5 (Matte)
    Intel Core i7-2720QM 2.20GHz
    8GB (2 x 4GB) , PC3-10600, 1333MHz SODIMM (Crucial)
    AMD Radeon 6970m 2048MB
    Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 - 802.11A/B/G/N

    First impressions:
Mythlogic packaging is top notch. I bet you could have dropped the box from 20' and it not been damaged. Very well done guys!

    Software:
I ordered without an OS, so I had to install Win7 Ultimate.
All the drivers which came on a separate disc, installed no problem.
The went through the fun of Windows update and 20 restarts.
Then I downloaded Rift, and left to play soccer.

First impressions after firing up Rift: Very snappy! Having a graphics card that can actually handle Rift is quite a nice change. The matte screen is sweet with very good viewing angles. (BTW Rift is beautiful when you can have the eye candy on, I spent a couple hours running around the world re-visiting zones just to see what the developers intended.)

The power supply is huge and heavy. The power cord is too short by about 1 foot.

I still need to do tweaking and stuff on it, I'm sure I'll update this thread once the newness has worn off and I have a few more gaming sessions.

Couple thoughts on working with Mythlogic. They were easy to work with and patient with requests. That One Smart Nerd guy was on top of it whenever I asked a question. I had a very good experience and am happy. I'd buy from them again!
