    Hey I was looking at their site and it says they have a variant that ships with an IPS panel.

    Just wondering if you Mythlogic fellows could confirm :)

    Have you tried contacting them directly? Live chat, email, PM here on NBR, or phone?

    It's right there on their website. According to them, both 1080p and 4K are IPS.

    Would that 1080p screen vary from other online boutiques?

    If the machine comes standard with it, then all other variants will sell with it. But that is the P650Sx, not the P650SE. So it could be that the x means IPS

    SE = 970M
    SG = 980M

    so the x probably just means that they use one configurator for both variants of the laptop :)

    I've asked this before and this was their response:

    "The 4K is the Sharp Panel
    the FHD's are actually TN panels, that was a misprint that was corrected, and they are normally AUO panels, but we don't have an exact model yet of AUO"

    Ah, that does make sense.

    Yup sounds like Mythlogic to me all-right. Welp, gg then, no IPS I guess

    I think we will see a lot of people putting in the exact panels they want later.

    Where would we find these ips panels? EBay I'm assuming?

    Are they hard to replace?
