Hello! I'm in the market for a gaming notebook that has a TB3 port to support eGPUs and just a good quad core CPU (no or low end internal GPU to boost battery life); I wanted something relatively light and inexpensive as I already have a GTX 1060 that I plan to use in an eGPU enclosure; scrubbed through Clevo's website to find notebooks and in the midst of all the bulky notebooks, I found this:

    http://www.clevo.com.tw/clevo_prodetail.asp?id=927&lang=en

Which is just perfect for me; however, none of the big Clevo re-sellers in the US (LPC Digital, XoticPC, Sager) appear to be selling it; I did find a brand by the name of Hyperbook that is though (Polish); my question is has anyone bought this notebook and/or has anyone purchased anything from this brand, and if so, how has your experience been?

It doesn't have TB3, it just has USB 3.1 Type II port. I'm looking at this laptop as a "developer dream", but yeah, lacks of TB3 for theoretical external GPU slightly contracts from the laptop value. M2 x4 slot still could be used for eGPU but that's bit clunky to use inside connector for it.

Clevo doesn't have many TB3 laptops. On the market either ultra portable have it (bad CPU, small ram) or high end gaming / business laptops with high end GPU built in ;)
