I have a Clevo N850HP6 from Eluktronics and was wondering if anyone has info on getting a glossy screen for this device. I'll probably crack the case open and see what the exact model number of my current screen is later.

    Thanks

You don't need to. Simply install HWInfo64, launch it, uncheck the both the "Sensors only" and "Summary only" boxes and then click run. From there, navigate to the monitor tab and it'll tell you your panel ID. I recommend on swapping out the original panel for a LG LP156WF6-SP1 panel.

Thanks! The monitor shows up as LG Philips LP156WF6. I found this replacement, do you think it looks good?

That sounds like a compatible listing for the cheapest one they have in stock that will plug in and work.

What are the differences between the screens? I see models such as:

    LP156WF6-SPA1
    LP156WF6-SPB1
    LP156WF6-SPB6

    ...etc

I'm not sure how to choose between these.
    Thanks!

Use panelook to have a look at precise specs.
