Hi, i bought this laptop at 2018 and never had any problems with battery. I've sometimes used Flex Battery mode and return back but there werent any problems either. But start of this month my laptop just suddenly start to shutdown at 25% and stop charging between 83-90%. Thing is if i try to play or cpu intensive task on battery its immediately shutsdown after 1-2 minutes no matter how much battery left. I want to recalibrate but i cant even get to 5% battery it shutsdown if its at 20-25%. Anyone care to help please?
Heres a screenshot of battery checker software.

Looks like it could do with replacement.

But i havent got any problems until beginning of this month. Is there nothing i can do to recalibrate battery? I think Flex Battery option broke my battery.

Usually it just confuses the full charge percentage, not sudden voltage drops at 20% capacity.

Yeah I think a replacement is in order.
