    Hi,

    I just bought an Clevo N960TF (i7 8700 / RTX 2070 / 1x16 go) and the performance are under that i expected.
I did a clean install of Windows 10, all the drivers are ok (nvidia 430.86).

In PUBG, all on Ultra, 1920x1080 the fps average is 75...
I am using MSI Afterburner and i saw that the "LIM1" is on "power" and the GPU is never used at 99%.

Is it normal ? do you have any advice ?

    Here an screenshot: https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2019/24/2/1560282417-power-gpu-pubg.jpg

    Thanks in advance,

Read this thread, maybe you can find a solution, but this laptop is running hot and you need to cool it down.

    Thank you for the thread

I already deal with the temperature, i repasted it and the CPU is aroung 75/80 and the GPU 75/80 too.
It is not a problem from the temperature

If you're running GeForce Exerience, try removing it, and/or try a different driver. Your config should be getting closer to 100+ FPS on PUBG but it does look like your GPU is being under utilized.

You also may want to try to disable G-sync if it is enabled. I've seen games that do not work well with g-sync and I had to disable it to get the performance back.

I bought an second 16go ram to have a dual channel.
    The result is impressiv !
Average on Pubg before: 75 fps and now 120 !

I still have gpu power limit but performance are much better with 2x16 go and the gpu is used beetween 90/99 %

The rtx 2070 needed dual channel

Well your CPU needed it rather than the gpu.
