Don't worry about bios. We all have the same "unknown card".

Do you have hotkey installed? Or, sometimes, FN change not working and only way is using hotkey slider.

What version of the stock BIOS is that BIOS based off of, and which OS are you running?

Right, I got that. :vbwink: But if the Premamod is built over (not sure if that's the appropriate term to use) the Clevo 1.03.xx BIOS/EC or older, and if you're running Windows 10, that might have something to do with your loss of hotkey functionality.

Oh sorry :D i think is based on EC-03 (not so sure) cause it worked before i used to have two 8970m and everything worked fine..

Will look into it when i get home right now i´m at work :/

It's good for Windows 8 or older. :vboops: But that's assuming it's based on the Clevo version designed for Win 8. I'm not as familiar with the workings of the Prema BIOS. Typically 1.05.xx is designed for Windows 10.

Hmm, i wish there was a bios with this update from prema.... i would even pay for someone to build a good custom bios!

But who to trust this, and in case of failure my board would become a paperweight

True, a bad flash will leave you with more problems than what you started with.

For anyone who did this change and had issues with brightness i've created an script with autohotkey that acts exacly like the Fn brightness key the difference is that i now use the Winkey, for me is working perfectly :D

This is the script u can compile it with Ahk2Exe and in the end of the script just thange the location of the icon to a directory path of your choice, the ico file is going too.
