    Hallo All,
I need help identifying my laptop GPU because is not working properly.I try to find a replacement
card. Let me know, if you know, what is the best card that would fit this connection and
    where to possibly obtain one.

This is what can be found written on the video card as well as the heatsink/case-module:
    Nvidia L603B639 0613A2
    S Taiwan

    Welcome to NBR!
Compatibility will depend more on the actual computer and not the video card. Which notebook do you have?
