What is the best way to get a NP 2090 to Canada, I have been shopping at xoticpc.com, pctorque.com, and MTECH. Just wondering if anyone knows roughly the shipping costs and duty fees and such?

What do you mean customs? There is no duty on a laptop PERIOD. There can be GST, PST, HST, other than those three you shouldn't be expected to pay anything. Also people have been saying they haven't been charged anything by the border. Also GST, and PST are suppose to be claimed regardless. Doesn't always happen however. PST doesn't get charged in provinces who don't have it. HST is dependent upon which province you live in. Call the Border Service Agency if you need more help they will tell you all you need to know.
