    its automated.

it may feel warm, but are you actually monitoring the temps?
    - use HWmonitor for all parts
    - and/or RivaTuner for GPU temps

you can also contact Sager to ask for a Fan Toggle if you feel strongly about wanting to control the fan speed.. like in the other Clevo models.

The hard drive is BAD. Everything else is normal.

Invest in a laptop cooler. I use the Antec Notebook Cooler. Cheap and works wonders.

    its ok

the HDD temp is a bit on the warm side, but as long as it does not run at that temp for the whole day, then its fine.

Stop with the "the hard drive is a bit on the warm side".

A bit on the warm side is 45-50 degrees celsius. This laptop is just ****ed up when it comes to the hard drive. Wouldn't be surprised if most died in a year.

Run it in silent mode if you're not gaming (or gaming with older games) and are in a warm area or without your cooler.

And is your HDD controller in SATA mode? (And are you ever blocking fan vents?) The best fan setting I've found is the default 'Automatics' one in BIOS, which tends to only kick in when gpu or cpu get warm.
