    NP 8662 - Youtube hq/hd button vanished

    It's weird. it's happened on the laptop before this one too(Gateway P-7805u) Only happens in FF, not IE. Before replying, here are things I already did:

    -Have the videos always show in hq/hd in playback options
    -Make sure the videos I watched are supposed to have hq/hd buttons
    -Try typing &fmt=18/22 in the address bar
    -Have latest version of flash player

    I apologize if I'm posting in an inappropriate forum. I already inquired mozilla-related forums and received no replies.

    I do not have that issue.

    some videos have HD and some dont, depends on the source video that is uploaded to youtube.


    Example: here is a short HD video I uploaded (do you see the HD button)?

    if not, then are you running something that is blocking that feature.

    you really have to get the latest version of the Flash player (for your browser) to get the HD support.

    WT..? You were right! But I swear I downloaded the latest version from adobe right after installing XP.
