Sorry for the amateurish question, but I recently reinstalled Windows Vista on my Sager laptop. I need to update my graphics card drivers, but I forgot what NP model mine was. I read over the faq and googled but have not found an answer to my question on how to determine the NP number. The bottom of my laptop says x14 39682, but does not seem to coincide with any of the NPs. Thanks in advance.

Or you could just go to the device manager, go the display adapters and open the properties, go to details, change to hardware ids and just google that string to determine whether its ATi or nVidia then just go to respective manufacturer and install the latest driver...

Hi M.R.Long and welcome to nbr.
other option is to go to control panel and see if youve got a shortcut for nvidia or ati. then we can point you in the right direction for drivers.
