Just wanted to give and get some feedback on this laptop since it was my first ;) . I got mine from powernotebooks and Paladin was the dude who helped me out with it back in aug-sept of 2007( dont you all remember the wait? ). First off i gotta say that these guys at powernotebooks have been great and the few times i have called them i have gotten excellent service. Having delt with gateway and dell in the past i gotta say this is a great part of this whole deal(cant say enough).

Now back to the questions i had and things i wanted to list. First off i use this laptop for work and gaming, needless to say i am always looking to increase performance and get it running as stable and possible. some issues ive had so far have been random blue screen crashes tied to something in vista that sp1 did not fix and the fingerprint program running away with my memory. Other than that its been pretty smooth, so im wondering if anyone else has had some of the same issues or different ones or has done something to improve the overall performance of the laptop itself. Any drivers that work well for the video card for modern games would also be a good info. I've searched the forum a bit and was not able to find a thread that touched on all the issues people have had and the fixes if any so i decided to start this.(also if anyone is getting over heating , clean your vents!! you would be surprised )
