I just received my 2092 last week and love it so far. I am currently having some difficulty getting an eSATA express card working . I got the below card and when I plug it in the light blinks briefly but that is all the response I get. I am running Vista x64. At this point I don'g know if it is the laptop, the card, or the OS. I attempt to install the driver and it says it can't find the expected hardware. This leads me to believe that something is preventing the card from even being recognized.

A little more information for those interested - I was able to finally get the system to recognize the card - it had to be plugged in as it the laptop was turned on. Even then though I was unable to access my external eSATA hard drive and it took a few reboots to finally get that much to work correctly. Once the card was unplugged I had to reboot for it to be recognized again - not what I was hoping for. If anyone has any suggestions please pass them on. If anyone is hoping for a plug and play eSATA solution with Vista x64 this is definitely not the solution.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Pardon me for asking the dumb obvious question but, have you contacted the card manufacturer and/or the support company yet to see if they've seen the problem and/or have a fix?
