hi vishals123 and welcome to nbr
youve just mentioned the problem in your last sentance.
there was compatability problems on the np8660 between fingerprint reader and turbo memory so im wondering if its the same thing.
the turbo memory has to be fully loaded before you attempt to load the fingerprint reader.
look in start > all programs > protector suite QL > user enrolment.
my 2gb turbo never worked from day one so i ripped the card out. they have been more problems than they have been worth. -
i dont have protector suite QL
is there a place to get it?
and could you help me with the webcam also
what program and the drivers? -
find your model HERE on the clevo site and then we may be able to help with drivers.
what about your backup disc that came with the computer. is it not on there. -
i have compal laptop
so clevo wont work
my disc that came along is not very helpful
and i always have dll error
its says the dll was move i need it to provide it a new dll -
this is the block i get each time i try to install any of the programs from the cd
thanks to your help about clevo i looked into compal and fond many drivers there but i cant install them because of the dll errorAttached Files:

when you wrote np2098 i assumed it was a clevo
i have no idea about DLL failures so hopefully someone else will be able to help you out. -
thanks a lot
with your help all my problems are solved
except for intel turbo which i have to wait
but thanks a lot -

It looks like no other reseller has jumped in on your question, and I thought I could be of some assistance. The reason you are unable to get your turbo memory working is that turbo memory is only supported in Vista and Windows 7. Maybe once you upgrade to windows 7 you will be able to use the turbo memory. For now if you continue to get conflicts you may just go ahead and remove the turbo memory from the computer itself. The removal is nearly as easy as removing RAM (with the exception of the 2 screws).
I hope that helps.

I havent ever tried this
but i am running xp32 right now
is there a way to upgrade to say win 7 without having to format the whole computer
i mean its a lot of work installing all the applications back and the drivers -
Vishals,
Sorry - per Microsoft, there is no direct upgrade from XP to 7. I'd like it too - just got 7, and will be reformatting sometime in the next couple of weeks...
