Looks like a row of stuck pixels. They are all white. The line runs from edge to edge, about 2 1/2 inches above the bottom of the screen. This happened suddenly, not gradually. Other than the line, the screen looks OK.

I have tried running Nick Toohills pixel fixer, no joy yet but I plan to leave it run overnight. The screen was replace in June by Sager after it got mashed by a rocking chair, and I'm still under warrenty with Phillips.

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this type of problem? Is there any remedy? Or am I doomed to send it in for repair or replacement?

Yes, the angle does seem to mazke a difference in how pronounced the line is.

Well, Phillips (long term warranty) sent me a box and a return air bill. Here's hoping they fix it right.
