NP5760 and NP 9262 TV Card

Good Morning Guys -

I have an NP5760 with a TV card (fly DVB-T Hybrid mini).

I'm replacing the NP5760 with a new NP9262 (which I ordered without a TV card).

Is it a big deal to pop the card out of the NP5760 and move it to the NP9262?

Will the fly DVB-T Hybrid mini card work in the NP9262?

Also, I was wondering if my NP5760 hard drive could be moved to the empty third bay on the NP9262?

Hi Mike Covert. The FlyDVB-T Mini PCI TV Tuner card should work in the NP9262 as it is a standard Mini PCI interface. The NP9262 TV Tuner cards are usually the MCP788 models and this same model is available for the NP5760. The NP9262 will support a "Hybrid TV Tuner Module with Mini-PCI Interface" so it should work fine. The SATA drive from your NP5760 should work fine as well due to the fact that both of the laptops support SATA. Hope this helps shed some light on it for you, however, if you have any doubts whatsoever you should contact your Tech Support to ease you mind.
