I was surfing the net and at that time the fan was going medium and sometimes low. But after a few minutes, it strikes to the fullest and continue to stuck like this for hours already. Does this normal or should I give the laptop a rest? (I haven't shut it down for liek... 3 days...) and fyi the sound is very loud..
Can anyone help me on this?

Did u look at the temps?
-
Exactly what are your temps? HWMonitor, RivaTuner, etc.
Check the temps first,it might be something that`s forcing your system to run at full power, thuse forcing the fans to faster blast.
But,unless your CPU does 100%, the GPU will never increase its activity or temp very fast,it takes a little while.
Which one is the one on full blast, the one that whines, and increases in a moderate fashion or the one that shushes out air and is noisier? -

This might help you
Not exact same problem. But I think these laptops have an issue with the bios and fan control. Mines working great now.
Also remember you can't sit this laptop on your lap as you cover the fans up. I've made a alloy plate to sit mine on when its on my lap.
NP5793 fan sound (might be) problem
