I recently purchased a base model Sager NP8130 from Xoticpc and it works almost perfectly. The only problem is when I play Empire: Total War I get these red square artifacts. My GPU temp has never gone above 70 degrees and I haven't overclocked it. Is there any way to fix this myself, and if not, should I contact Xoticpc or go straight to Sager? Also I need this computer for school, so how long would I have to be without a PC if I did have to send it in to get fixed? Thanks for any help.

Always contact your retailer first. They will direct you on what to do.

    Good luck.
