    sighh tripped on my powercable and totally destroyed my screen :(
    looking for a replacement screen for my NP8130
    i'm relatively familiar with laptop tech info but I don't know if it has a 40pin s m or L connector

    or if anyone can provide direct links to replacement laptop screens that would be much appreciated
    looking for 1920 by 1080 resolution (color gamut and matte/glossy don't make a huge difference to me)
    just looking for affordability and something in the USA because I need to fix it for school ASAP (currently using the most ghetto dell laptop ever made)

    That screen will work well for that model, and it is one of the best displays out there for it. Take a look at this thread and you can see some of the reviews/comparisons for that screen.

    The first one should work, though the fact that it's listed as glossy or matte depending on quantity means that it may not be the model it's listed as. (The v.7 is glossy by default. The v.4 or v.1 are the only matte models). I assume left connect on the second refers to the side the monitor ribbon is on.
