Does it take up the mini pci-e slot? I need two bluetooth adapters in this notebook and need to know if the second can be a card or if I have to go dongle

Funny you should ask! I'm in the process of writing a new guide for the NP8130 / NP8150 in regards to replacing the stock card! :)

The Intel Centrino Advanced N 6230 is a dual card (wireless + bluetooth), so if you want a second bluetooth adapter it would need to be a dongle if I'm not mistaken.

Technically you could add a card to the spare mPCI-E slot since the bluetooth chips on the combo cards use the USB pins only, the caveat being that would be the only part of the card you'd be able to use since the second/bottom mPCI-E slot only has the USB pins active, the WiFi chip uses the PCI-E portion which is unavailable on the bottom slot.

You can also find cards which just break out to USB pins for projects, you can solder a usb port onto those and throw an adapter in it or wire directly to a dongle as well.

"FN -" enables/disables the usb pins on the bottom mPCI-E slot.

Just mentioning that for informational purposes, as this likely isn't the most practical for anyone but is an option.

Oh there are two slots? So could I replace the stock card with a Centrino and then use the stock for BT only? Looking forward to the guide btw

^ Yes you could actually use the stock adapter for BT only but you'd need a half to full bracket to mount he card in the bottom full size slot.
