This isn't a big problem at all but I am still concerned/interested. I took apart the laptop to to remove the built up dust inside. I will go ahead and say I dropped all four tiny screws that go into the fan cover all under the motherboard :)eek :) I recovered them all but figured I was going to have to dissemble a lot more of the laptop to get them out. I didn't disconnect any components but I did mess around with what I think is the subwoofer. I lifted it off the motherboard looking for something else and some screws also came in contact with the subwoofer multiple times when trying to put back in surrounding screws.

After getting all the screws back and finishing blowing out the dust, I put everything back together and started my laptop back up. There is a slight static like sound that constantly is on. The only time I have seen it go away is when the Window's boot logo comes up. It goes away for a few seconds then comes back on. Is this just due to a larger amount of airflow now or did I possibly do something to the subwoofer? The sound seems to be coming from the top 2 speakers.

Sound seems to work just as well as before. Any feedback appreciated.

You could have introduced a short into the speakers or nicked a wire. It sounds to me like interference or a short though, as they're the only things (other than software) that could cause that. If you hear it outside Windows, then that confirms that it's the hardware that's picking up the interference.

What would be something that causes interference? If I nicked the wire I would be surprised due to the fact all I did was unscrew the 2 screws holding it down and simply laid it upside down on top of the CPU or the GPU (whichever one lies next to speaker/subwoofer). I didn't touch the wires.

And yes it makes the sound on the Sager boot screen which comes before it boots up Windows. I find it kind of strange how it goes away for a few seconds when the Windows logo comes up.

May be something I'm willing to try to replace if I can purchase the part for a decent price.
