Can you believe that someone forgot to put the GeForce 1060 card in it (or it's defective)?? Yeah.... not happy. I waited a whole month to even get it to start with.

It's also a fingerprint magnet. Seems great performance-wise, however.

It's soldered onto the motherboard, call up support and get them to walk you through some checks.

There is no card, both the Intel CPU and the NVidia GPU are mounted to the main board. If you installed the OS yourself, you might have missed a driver. If your seller installed the OS before shipping the laptop, then get in touch with their support.

Where are you checking for the gpu? Like everyone has been saying, the gpu can't be forgotten. You need to nVidia drivers to be installed which came with the driver disc you got, or you can just go on their site and download it. There are drivers for everything, the chipset, gpu, sound, keyboard, trackpad, and more. The laptop isn't going to be working optimally without them.
