Does the device manager say something is wrong or missing?

Note, the USB on the right is a USB 2.0. If you plug in a device which requires a USB 3.0 port it won't work on your USB 2.0 port. Try to use a USB keyboard or Mouse to see if it works or not.

The flat cable connecting the USB/Audio board to the motherboard is probably disconnected or damaged, that's why the headphone jack doesn't work either. :)

Just the USB, or the audio ports aren't working, either?

Could be a faulty daughter board, or the cable, as Zix mentioned.

The USB PORT top right and the Headphone Jack don't work. The USB Port stopped working LONG LONG so i didn't care about it, but now since the Headphone don't work I just posted to wonder why. The headphone jacked work for a long time after the USB port didn't work. Now it stopped working.

USB is a backward compatible standard. A 3.0 device will work in a 2.0 port, just at a slower speed.

No, if a device needs the bandwitdh of a USB 3.0 port it will not work. The device will be read as an unknown device and many think the port is broken. Given, there really arent many devices out there that require a 3.0 port, but I'm just saying to be sure.

It's the same when people try to use an USB headset in USB 1.1 ports, it also won't work.

Maybe the daughter board is failing or the cable connection is getting worse, the headphone jack should work even with the default drivers installed by Win10.
