I am near the end of buying my new laptop. I have narrowed down to either the NP8278 and NP8298. The 98 is 50 dollars more then the 78. My question is which one have better cooling or the both the same? How is the keyboard on both of them? and is the 98 worth the 50 dollars more and what is the difference? Mainly i need to know which one cools better since i want to game. Thank You.

Regarding temperature, it's almost impossible to know unless the two machines are tested side by side with identical components, workloads, drivers, clocks etc. Although if I remember my clevos correctly, the two use the same cooling design and fans/heatsinks.
Don't know about the keyboard, but recent clevo machines have featured decent ones. Look up reviews of them, is all i can say.

The 98 is just more flashy, more lights etc. Other than that they're the same.

Virtually the same laptop. If compared part to part the differences would just be down variance, such as binning.

Same system, save for the aesthetics. Functionality is identical. Some users wanted more of a business class look, while others wanted more of a gamer/enthusiastic design.
